RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. 60-Day Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In the original packaging with all tags included
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of sale

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Defective
Incorrect

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect items received

6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent using the return label provided by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not sent using our approved shipping method.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
If the item is returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be declined.
